Dee: Welcome to week 5 of The Bullet Journal Method Book Club! This week’s chapter is entitled, “Why” and Ryder writes about intentionality in the things we do in our lives.

This week’s discussion:

  • Ryder wrote this quote: “If intentionality means acting according to your beliefs, then the opposite would be operating on autopilot. In other words, do you know why you’re doing what you’re doing?” When you read this quote, what thoughts, opinions, feelings come into mind?

  • Are you convinced that this is what's needed more as a culture/society?

  • How can you apply this quote to your current planning situation?
