I love journaling whenever I need to. Sometimes it’s first thing. Sometimes it’s before sleep. Sometimes it’s both. Sometimes it’s before delving into a project to help me think things through. Sometimes it’s multiple times a day. The flexibility of journaling whenever has always been my favorite part about journaling. No pressure, it flows to the rhythm of your life. It’s there whenever you need it ❤️ I especially love journaling when the sun is shining on my desk. I love seeing the shadows move throughout the day and how the light hits everything just so.
